At RMN Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
